These are some pages of my current 3D art sketchbook. These pages are the artist researches that i have done and it analyses their work; including the materials, colours, structure, shapes and patterns that they have used in their work. Researches of artists include; Asymptote architecture, LAB architecture, UN studio, Alvar Aalto and Karim Rashid. This has helped me gain a lot of knowledge and background information about individual architects and product designers. I have also done some comparisons between the two artists and picking out the similarities and differences.

The three images are pictures of maquettes which includes step-by-step processes. These maquettes are from the artist researches and have been made from range of materials such as cardboard, iron rods, plastics and aluminum wires. I have used variety of materials to experience and know how to use them to create certain buildings or products.
